For summer weekends or fall foliage weddings, book 2–6 months out. We fill up fast June through October. Off-season or weekday? A few weeks is usually fine.

Yes—and we’re pros at it. We bring weather-resistant gear, backup power, and covers for rain. We’ve set up on Rhode Island beaches, New Hampshire lakesides, and Maine coastal lawns.

Yes—all of our talent and equipment rentals are in the region and regularly set up in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine. No extra travel fees within a reasonable radius; just let us know your venue when you request a quote.

Yes—100%. You send us must-plays, do-not-plays, and vibe notes. For bands, we’ll pick songs that fit their style. For DJs, we build the set around your list. We just ask for the final list a week before so we can prep.

All talent carries liability insurance, and we run background checks on anyone working family or corporate events. You get peace of mind built in.

Whenever possible. We’ll send recent live videos and can arrange a private showcase or point you to a public gig they’re already playing. No pressure—just a chance to feel the energy.

Depends on the band but typically this can be arranged provided there is enough time ahead of the event to prepare.

Totally optional. If you love the crew, tips are appreciated and split among the performers and techs. No pressure—happy clients are tip enough.
