New York’s Finest
Bio:
New England’s Premier The Police Tribute band.
The closest you’ll ever get to 1979–1983 Sting, Andy, and Stewart without a flux capacitor.
NY Finest isn’t a cover band — it’s a full-on resurrection of The Police at their raw, reggae-punk peak. Mark Rinzel (star of “Jessie’s Girl” and Bubble) locks in Sting’s early high-wire bass lines while nailing every soaring vocal (yes, even the “Roxanne” screams). Oscar Bautista (Broadway guitarist from American Idiot & Kinky Boots) channels Andy Summers’ atmospheric genius note-for-note, and Alan Camlet (Paul Collins Beat) drives it all with Stewart Copeland’s ferocious, off-beat precision.
Synchronicity, Reggatta de Blanc, Ghost in the Machine — every monster hit and fan-favorite deep cut delivered with the same teenage intensity the original trio had when they ruled the world.
